Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At OnTheGoDetailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your mobile detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.We offer refunds or service redos under the following conditions:

⦁Service Issues: If the service provided did not meet the standards discussed or advertised, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a re-service or partial/full refund.

⦁Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

⦁No-Shows: If our technician arrives and you are not available we will attempt a phone call, with no answer a full refund will be returned assuming client paid before hand.
