Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or via direct message.Customers must provide accurate location information and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather or operational issues.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure there is a safe and legal location for us to perform the service.Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle.Let us know in advance of any sensitive or damaged areas of the vehicle.
6. Liability
We take care to deliver high-quality detailing services, but we are not responsible for: Pre-existing damag,Items left in the vehicle, or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic).
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to make it right.
